Corporate programme — The 2024 renovation reframed the whole building as "SIPS (SHIBUYA IP SQUARE)", an experience-and-promotion platform for IP content; the facade vision is a commercial advertising medium run by Hibino, with art appearing only intermittently within a predominantly commercial schedule

CADENCE

The facade vision operates daily 09:00–24:00; the building closed on 30 October 2023 and reopened after a full renovation on 25 April 2024

SPEC

The street vision "Q'S EYE" is embedded in a double-skin curtain wall. Since the 2013 renewal a 13m×7.7m "Main Vision" (16:9, HD, 9.5mm pitch) is surrounded by a 19m×23.9m "Art Vision" (29.4mm pitch); the two can be synced into a single ~1200-inch screen. The building, designed by RIA, has 8 floors above and 3 below ground and opened in December 1999
